Greetings to all our new neighbours!
A few months ago the staff at Victoria Commons told me the Phase 1 townhomes should be move-in ready for late-February or early-March. At the current pace of construction it looks like the project is on track to finish on time.
Here at Grace Lutheran Church we have been praying for you and your move as we’ve also been praying for the Victoria Commons project itself. Today is January 24, 2014 and at -15C (feels like -25 C!) it’s a cold day to work outside yet the workers are working. Here are a few pictures to show you the progress of the project. It’s amazing how fast the construction is going. The first four pictures are from the townhome row on Louisa Street. It’s coming along well. Pictures 5 and 6 show a new townhome row going up on St. Leger Street close to the corner of Blucher Street. Picture 7 shows two construction machines digging the foundation for what looks to be another townhome row across from the postal outlet on St. Leger Street which is close to the corner of St. Leger and Louisa. Your new homes are taking shape and we are looking forward to welcoming you to the neighbourhood. Sincerely, Pastor Korsch
